Palma Aquarium is a spectacular marine park. It has been built to faithfully recreate sea and oceanic habitats and ecosystems giving all who are witness to the incredible unseen beauty that surrounds the island of Mallorca, and insight into the lives of the diverse sea creatures who live there. Palma Aquarium will take you on a fun and exciting journey of discovery down the ages. As well as these insights the park provides visitors with a unique and unforgettable experience: interaction, surprises and endless educational elements. The main fundamental objective of this aquarium is to foster understanding and wonder for the sea’s beauty and the creatures living there. The 55 aquariums contain an exceptional range of flora and fauna from the Mediterranean Sea and the Indian, Atlantic and Pacific Oceans. There are around 8000 specimens from 700 different species in 5 million litres of seawater. Back |
