Watersports Mallorca
Around 20 nautical miles off the northern coast of Mallorca there is one of the best areas to fish for blue fin tuna in the Mediterranean, you are almost guaranteed a catch.  As you will find out, you are able to keep some of the fish you catch but any tuna fish under 30 kilograms (66 lbs) will have to be returned to the sea.

There are trips available, around the island, where everything is taken care of and include such things as diesel oil, all fishing equipment including bait, snorkelling masks for pleasure trips, soft drinks and snacks. some even take pictures and will then send you them by email, at a price of course.  Remember to bring your sun-tan lotion, very important and rarely supplied.  The trips of course will be from the ports and you will need to find out the costs etc. involved in getting the the port of

Many of the trips will include some time for relaxing on board and enjoying the waters along the coast of Mallorca, even taking time out for a splash in the wonderful warm waters of the Mediterranean (depending, of course, on what time of the year you want to take your fishing trip).

The waters of Mallorca are absolutely full of fish which is great if you enjoy fishing, but as this is not a particularly popular activity in Mallorca it is best to check out online, before you come here, where to get trips organised. Most of the people organizing these trips will have either websites or emails so that you can contact them.
